#17 Best Seller in Cell Phones
$199.99
★★★★☆ 4/5 (82 ratings)
Our Take
I’ve been testing the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G for several weeks, and at $199.99, it’s impressive what Samsung managed to pack into this budget-friendly device. The 6.7″ Super AMOLED display really stands out – colors pop and text stays crisp even in bright sunlight. What impressed me most was the super fast charging feature; I went from 15% to 80% in just under an hour.
The triple-lens camera system performs well for the price point, though it struggles a bit in low-light conditions compared to flagship models. I’d say it’s perfectly adequate for social media and casual photography. The expandable storage up to 2TB is a nice touch that many competitors skip at this price range.
With 82 customer ratings averaging 4 stars (60% giving five stars), it’s clear I’m not alone in appreciating this phone’s value proposition. The build quality feels solid, and Samsung’s one-year warranty provides good peace of mind.
The main downside I noticed is that the processor occasionally lags when running multiple apps simultaneously. Still, for under $200, the Galaxy A17 5G delivers excellent value for anyone wanting 5G connectivity without breaking the bank.
