Our Take
I’ve been testing the Dell S2725HSM for several weeks now, and it’s honestly impressive what you get for $139.99. The 144Hz refresh rate paired with 1ms response time makes gaming feel incredibly smooth, and I particularly appreciate how AMD FreeSync eliminates screen tearing during fast-paced action.
What impressed me most is the build quality – this doesn’t feel like a budget monitor at all. The stand offers full adjustment options including pivot, which I use constantly when switching between gaming and productivity work. The integrated 3W speakers aren’t going to replace a dedicated sound system, but they’re surprisingly decent for built-in speakers and save desk space.
The TÜV-certified blue light reduction is a nice touch for long sessions, and I haven’t noticed any color distortion when it’s enabled. With 4.6 stars from over 2,200 buyers and 83% giving it five stars, the satisfaction rate speaks volumes.
